We are seeing rather too many documents on how to install Oracle database without any thoughts to the license implications involved. Installation of Oracle binaries should be carried out carefully only when the CSI and any license options have been clarified.
Various websites have documents showing the steps involved in the installation process, sadly too many documents are published by Oracle DBAs and it is a worry that they dont understand the implications of the install process.
