Phil Marshall is a Director of JoraPh Consulting Ltd and has more than 30 years of IT experience; 20 in RDBMS, with 14 years as a Senior Principal Oracle Consultant. Philip is an expert performance tuner specializing in the Oracle database technology and has designed, architected and tuned numerous systems all over the world. Phil was responsible for the Oracle design and implementation of the Inland Revenue Self Assessment (SA) system, this was implemented on time, on budget and supports over 20,000 OLTP users.
Robert Sessford is the Financial Director of JoraPh Consulting Ltd and has 20 years experience of financial management with a variety of companies. Robert provides financial advice to companies planning to implement Oracle and can also provide audit services.
Simon Pickering is a director of JoraPh Consulting Ltd with over 35 years IT experience including 20 years as an Rdb and Oracle database consultant. Simon has been involved as a technical architect in the design and implementation of large-scale projects and has previously worked for Digital Equipment Corp. for nine years and Oracle for eight years.
Dr Ian Carney is an Oracle Performance Tuning expert with more than 20 years experience. Much of this time was spent with Oracle in the UK and the US, including working with the Oracle database development team.
Phil Grice is an expert on Data Guard, Disaster Recovery and High Availability. He has 20 years experience in the IT and Database business, including 10 years working within Oracle for the Server Technology development team as part of a Mission Critical Support group and then as a technical Product Manager. His experience includes working with customers at the highest level delivering DR/HA solutions and acting as technical resource from Development on Spatial, Data Guard, interMedia and Rdb.
