Oracle Support Desk - How it works
Our Oracle Support Desk is a support system designed to improve system performance and assist end users with technical and functional questions and problems on Oracle Database Software.
The JoraPh Managed Services Team provides you with a single point of contact, up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, where you can obtain Oracle database support by telephone, e-mail or on-site.
Our support desk tool enables us to log, monitor and report on Oracle database activities into a detailed database, allowing the support desk team to conduct comprehensive reporting on Oracle support activities.
