The Process and Pre-requisites for our Oracle health check

Once the JoraScope is downloaded it is a simple process to run and collect performance related data that can be returned to JoraPh for expert analysis.

Please read the technical pre-requisites below first and then complete the download form where your details will be validated and a link will be emailed to you to continue the download.

The Oracle health check process:

• Ensure you have the appropriate pre-requisites
• Complete the download form
• Download JoraScope and follow the instructions
• Return the statistics file back to JoraPh for expert analysis
• Take recommended actions to fix any issues or tune your system

Pre-requisites

• Supported Oracle database versions: 9i, 10.1, 10.2, 11.1
• Any operating system supported by Oracle
• The ability to run SQL*Plus commands
