"We chose JoraPh because JoraPh were able to demonstrate in the early stages, a complete understanding of our requirements, and a “partnership” approach to the delivery of the new systems. JoraPh employ an outstanding technical team, with vast Oracle experience, and importantly how this integrates with third party systems. “We engaged with JoraPh in May 2007,to provide a health check and consultancy services, on an Oracle 10g RAC system, running a billing database for the company. The advice and guidance given by JoraPh since this time has been comprehensive and also totally flexible. At the end of 2007, we signed a contract for JoraPh to provide a remote managed service for the RAC system, in terms of proactive monitoring, and a telephone help desk. This has helped our own DBA team whose main priority is the support of the system, as opposed to specifically the Oracle database. Any queries on the database have been spotted early via the remote monitoring, and the help desk provides answers and advice to general day to day requirements. As our Oracle database infrastructure grows, I am sure that the support and advice that JoraPh give us will prove even more valuable.” |
