Planning for Effective Oracle Training

When planning the delivery of Oracle Core Technology training courses or workshops the principle objective is to ensure the training provides the client with the fundamentals to both use the technology and also gives flexibility to focus on elements of the course which the client would be using more regularly in their day-to-day work.

Training Needs Analysis

We understand that the most worthwhile training courses have to address some bespoke requirements of the customer. Our experienced trainers will undertake a short Training Needs Analysis (TNA) during the agreed preparation days. The goal of the TNA is to identify the best training and support approach for the delegates. This will include the identification of the skill levels and current exposure to the tool set.
We will gauge the technical levels and diversity of the delegates so that we can balance the content and speed of the course delivery to their capabilities. In some instances where delegate skills and knowledge vary greatly, the course can be structured to allow the more knowledgeable delegates to join at a later stage or only to cover specific topics.

The resulting product is an Oracle technical course customised to cater for the skill and knowledge requirements of the client.
